Why have you increased your delivery charges?
Unfortunately, courier charges have increased significantly due to driver shortages and rising fuel costs meaning we can no longer absorb the costs. We apologise for any incovience caused.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders received within 24 hours (Excluding weekends). Please note our office business hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to a small minority of postcodes, including the Highlands, Channel Islands & the Isle of Man. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We will send a despatch email to advise when your parcel has left with information attached. To ensure you receive the confirmation and despatch emails please make certain the email entered on the order is correct. (If no email has been recieved check your Junk/Spam Folder)
Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland
We use a 24-hour courier service. We ask customers to wait 2 days before contacting us if not delivered.
Great Britain
We use a 48-hour delivery service to UK mainland. We ask customers to wait 3-4 days before contacting us if not delivered.
We send all of our orders via recorded / signed for delivery. Please inform us, when ordering, if there will be no one available at your address to sign for goods when they arrive, as our courier will not deliver without a signature. If you miss the courier, a delivery card should be left for you to arrange a time and date for delivery. Your cooperation in this would be much appreciated.
Once your order has left our warehouse, the responsibility for them passes onto the carrier. However, we constantly monitor our carrier’s performance, so that you are assured of the best service at the most competitive rate. Damages and shortages must be notified within 7 days. We also recommend that when signing for parcels, customers sign for the parcel as unchecked or damaged (if damaged) so that in the unlikely event there is a problem we can resolve this quickly and effectively.
VetPetIE will deem an item lost in post once 15 working days (including Saturday) have passed following dispatch (in line with Royal Mail policy). If your item has been lost in post, do not worry, we will stand by our commitment to you by either replacing the item(s) lost, or refunding your payment, whichever suits your individual circumstances.
Our stock is updated every hour. In the unlikely chance that an item you purchase is out of stock and is showing "In Stock" on the website we will contact you as soon as possible.
